Screw Washer
The screw washers available in various dimensions and in single or twin screw configurations. They are used for dewatering and separating the fine materials from water. The fine aggregates are precipitated down and pulled to the discharge chute and removed out of the classifier by the spiral screws, and the water is flowed through its washout openning and drained to the precipitation pool or out of process. Screw washers driven by geared motors via chain. The screws are equipped with replaceable rubber wear shoes.
